Our menu consists of three basics, noodles, udon & rice. And from all this, we create Kuma Ramen special dishes that will make you order again. For broth & toppings we use fish, chicken and beef. The imported materials from Japan, we use ingredients that have received halal certification. Mirin, sake and all its derivatives have never been used.
